Requires Timestamp and Marker Name headers. Quoted commas, quotes, and multiline CSV fields are supported. Whole seconds only. Seconds must be 00–59; minutes in HH:MM:SS must be 00–59.
Converted output
Text uses a dash between each timestamp and title. Notes, tags, session fields, and absolute dates are omitted. Titles must fit on one line.
Which files work?
Use Marker CSV with Timestamp and Marker Name columns, or a list of timestamps and titles. Export from Marker with the Timestamp column enabled. This tool does not fetch Twitch markers or convert editing-project files.
Duplicate timestamps stay in the result. Lists do not need to start at zero or meet YouTube chapter rules. For multiline CSV titles, edit the title to one line before exporting text.
